It's been a while since I've blogged... I really need to get into the habit of doing this more often...
Now that I'm here, I just wanted to share with you the next opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus! This July I, and a handful of others at the The Gathering (EFCC's Post College group), will be travelling to India! Our goal & mission will be to help teach English to students who will be attending seminary there. All of those classes will be taught in English so they need to know the basic conversation skills & grammer to succeed in their studies! What's great about these students (about 60 or so) is that they have pledged to be a part of church planting teams all across India! Most of these students have never been taught English due to their low social class standings (poor, tribal or Dalit by birth). Click on the link to learn more about the Dalits in India.
